First one guy showed up, looked around , could not give an estimate. Then the expert with electronic equip. came to find the leak. Both of them in over two hrs. Identified that it was the sink faucet was leaking ! Was a nightmare.

It was extremely hot and I called them because I had patients sweating in the waiting room and they never returned my call until the next morning. They said they were sorry and they were fully booked. It was 105 degrees. They did not return my call in a timely basis to let me know that they were too busy. The lady was nice and apologetic but the timeliness was not there. I called them in the early afternoon and they should have been more efficient to call me back that day to tell me they couldn't come to do the service. She did call early the next morning.

Very fast and efficient. Well organized. I joined Angies List in hope of finding a provider when I determined that our 30 year old unit was at the end of it's life. There were no local businesses on Angie's list, so I researched for several days among those in the phone book, found expired licenses, contractors working out of their garage, no bonds or workers comp insurance. I was looking for a place that had been in business for a while and actually had an office they worked out of. I visited Thurlows office and was impressed by the fact they had been in business for 20+ years and are weathering one of the worst local economy amd biggest housing crash areas in the country. They gave a free estimate, explained the various options available. During installation, they overcame having to lift the rooftop unit over trees and reconfigure the ducting system. The unit works perfectly, no roof damage (very important). I recommend them without reservation. There were offers to do the job for a couple of hundred dollars cheaper, however, those that offered that were not connected with a crane company (I just happened to know the crane operator) and after reviewing the wholesale dealer cost of the unit they were installing, I really didn't see how it was possible to do a quality job on less than what I was charged considering the work that had to be done.
