Terrible! The service tech did not come even though I had been promised by Ruben he could!
Description of Work: My under the sink water filtration unit stopped working in September. I finally had time to call and spoke with someone in service. First they told me the service tech had just been there and they were coming in November. I told them I'd already been without filtered water for three weeks and I needed them sooner than later. They gave dates booking out into late October on Saturday's. I had a Friday off (October 7) and asked for an appointment that day. The day came and went and no one showed or called. I called on Monday and they said the appointment wasn't in the computer. I asked to speak to a manager and spoke to Ruben. I told him I wasn't very happy and he said he was sorry. He offered a Friday appointment on October 21 and I told him I couldn't take time off but I'd be home by 3. He said that was fine and he'd make a note of it. The service tech would be in my area and he had 2 appointments before my time slot so it would work out. Then he called back and said he noticed I hadn't paid for the month. I use online banking and the check had been sent but because Monday was a holiday, they didn't get it. I felt it was very unprofessional to call a long term customer who is having issues and question whether I'm paid up! Friday, October 21 came. When Juan the service tech called, I reminded him I wouldn't be there until 3, and he told me he couldn't service my filter because it was his "early" day. He said there was no note if it in the computer. I then called the office and spoke to Danae who told me the service manager was Greg and the office manager was Gordon . Gordon was at lunch but she would give him the message. So who is Ruben? To date, no one has called me back. I guess they don't care. Something has changed in the last couple of years. This company is not responsive nor is it customer service oriented. I am looking for other options for my water filtration in addition to calling the Better Business Bureau. I've had the system for 13 years. I've had the service agreement for 7.

I made an appointment for Rainsoft to come out. They knew it would be just me. They called at the appointment time to say that they didn't have a tech to come out. Two hours earlier they called to say they could be out in two hours. Then they said I could reschedule if my husband would be home. No apologies. Wasted my time and I don't do business with companies that blow off potential customers.

VERY HAPPY WITH HAVING WATER SOFT, GOOD FOR HEALTH/SKIN. WATER TASTES BETTER. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN A BETTER PRICE FOR THIS. COMPANY ALWAYS REMINDS US WHEN TIME TO CHANGE FILTER.

VERY GOOD, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE MEN. WHEN I MOVED THEY HAD TO COME AND DISCONNECT SYSTEM, THEN FOLLOW UP TO MOVE IT TO NEW HOME. IT WAS VERY TIMELY AND FAIRLY INEXPENSIVE TO MOVE.
