+ 1 moreRepresentatives were prompt and professional. Took time to talk to us to better understand what was needed. Explained the corrective action before work began. Made sure to check to see if someone would be available when they were there. Cleaned up at the end of each day and when the work was done. Company representative followed-up a few days later to see if we were satisfied.
Description of Work: Wind and rain storm ripped off portion of roof. Water damage to breakfast/kitchen area of home. Company responded same day and removed water damaged wall and ceiling materials and installed industrial drying blowers. They also contracted another company to come out and tarp the roof to prevent further damage. Gave a quote for repairs next day. Repairs began within one week and were completed within 3 days. Company representatives were professional and prepared to handle the situation. Looks like new.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreThey were okay, they weren't wonderful. I don't know if I would go back to them again. I don't know that they scrubbed real good in the carpet. They can't get the dog stains on my carpet. It could have been a deeper cleaning. They were on time.

+ 2 moreSeven years ago they had done some interior work for me. I was very happy with them and so I decided to use them again as I had dealt with them before. They were excellent. Their price was expensive but I used them because I had good experience with them in the past. They were constantly in touch with me. When I needed them, they were right there. They were very punctual. I would use the in the future.
Description of Work: I used Purofirst Fire and Water Restorartion to repair the exterior and interior damage. They had come here seven years ago to do some interior work. They did the work recently for me last week. They put a new roof. They replaced the drywall.
