They were excellent. The price was really reasonable. I had three total estimates, and they were within that.

They were actually on it. They were great. Six of the other people we called never even called back. If they did call back, they didn't bother to show up. Mark and Nellie's came and assessed the job. They told us pretty much what it was going to be, and it was pretty much what they said it was going to be. He gave us a date that they would be here to do it. They showed up and did the job. They were done within a day. They gave us all the information we needed to know. With regard to price, nobody else bothered to come out; I don't really know how to judge on that. We would use them again in the future. We have already called them back.

We thought the work Mark and Nellie's did was shabby. I would not recommend them to anybody. I looked at trees that were $35 to $40, and I said they were too small. I told him I wanted larger trees, with bigger trunks, because we have high winds. He said the bigger trees were $100, pus $80 each to plant them. I told him that was OK, because I really needed the bigger and more sturdy trees. I wasn't paying attention, and he planted 4 trees that I could have purchased at the big box store for $35 to $45! I paid $180 each! Two weeks later, one of the trees broke, and I called him 5 times, but he never returned my calls. I will never use Mark and Nellie's again, because they are not trustworthy. My experience was a total F!
