Good work, and at a fair price too

Chris installed a used faucet on my kitchen sink, passing it off as new. He could not provide a receipt after saying he would. I do not know how much this faucet costs. He said he would return my money but never showed up with it. He charged me 175.00 to install it and 100.00 for a used faucet, which is why he could not come up with my receipt.

He offered to the parts from local Home Depot which is great.

Sloppy final install of kitchen sink. Priced much higher than quoted. Took all day and made 3 trips to Home Depot for additional supplies.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with Golden Ticket Handyman, However he also replaced a shut-off valve under the kitchen sink, directly under where he was initially working, which was also needed. He asked if we wanted it replaced also, that he had the part available and he could repair it also, for @50% more. we agreed to have it done also. However, being I'm recently retired and these things RARELY happen at opportune times, not his responsibility, of course, I felt he probably could have taken off maybe @15%. Be that as it may, we plan on hiring "Golden Ticket Handyman" in the future.

Overall, quite satisfied, the Handyman was friendly, timely, and took moments to explain and answer questions. We plan to hire him for future projects.

I had Chris out two times to solve some plumbing issues. I had the first time the hot water to my bathroom faucet wasnâ  t coming out. I was worried that my house was broken, but Chris assured me that all I needed to do was purchase another and he installed it for a great price. The second time I had Chris come out the handle. I had broken off of my shower, because it was hard to turn. He educated me on what the actual issue was. It turned out the mixing cartridge inside my shower valve was bad, and thatâ  s why it was hard to turn, and I had broken the handle off again. He had to save the day and fixed the issue by replacing the cartridge and handle for a great price I definitely recommend and definitely will be using him for future work because his price was so great.

My water heater from my home slowly stopped working. It was getting too hot and costing me a lot of money on the gas bill. I didnâ t want to hire the main plumbing companies out here because I have not had the best experience with them in the past. Luckily Chris was very nice and was able to explain to me what was going on, and what to do next. He installed a new water heater the same day. Now my gas bill is back to normal.
