+ -1 more.Jeff discussed the system, his proposals for system improvements and provided a written proposal of all costs. Upon my acceptance we set a mutually agreeable date to install the system and he appeared on time as scheduled. He explained what he was doing during each step of the installation. He provided excellent advice regarding placement of the imbedded speakers and wire routing. At every step, he exemplified the highest professional standards. I had asked friends and acquaintences about the company before settling on this provider and was not disapointed. It had been planned to use two people to perform the installation but the assistant was unavailable on the appointed day and Jeff did the installation on his own. Because components were so old, I took longer than normal to program the remote control and Jeff ended up with a 10 oe 11 hour day at no additional cost to me.
Description of Work: I recently moved into my house. I had a complete surround sound theater system which consisted of many old but good quaity components. Since I had been having problems with my 50" DLP TV, I bought a 55" Flat panel LED TV. The TV sits on a stand.. Jeff installed the system, including hidden wiring to new recessed speakers in the ceiling and programming of the new Universal Remote Control. I now have one, easy to understand, controller to operate all components and very user friendly, including replacement of the direct TV remote.
