+ -1 moreThey came quickly (I was lucky because they were very, very busy), diagnosed the problem went to get the part and had it repaired within an hour. .They were polite, professional and worked quickly. When they were done everything was in working order and we've been cool since. I was very pleased and would use them again without hesitation

+ -1 moreI couldn't be happier with the service I received. The service technician was polite, friendly, and professional. He gave me a thorough explanation of what the problem was and even showed me the part that needed to be replaced as well as what the new one looked like. The price was great and there was absolutely no pressure to do anything besides the repair. The owner of the company called shortly after the repair was finished to make sure the job was completed to my satisfaction. I will definitely recommend this outstanding company and will use them in the future.
Description of Work: My air conditioning unit went out during one of the hottest days so far this summer. I called Clayton on Monday and he sent a technician out Tuesday morning. He gave me a window of arrival between 8-9 and the technician was there at 7:50.

+ -1 moreGoing through a heat wave in the desert and nowhere is not good. Getting in touch with this company was very good. Within two hours Chris and Clayton were out, assessed the situation and made the repairs. They were polite, professional, prompt and very reasonable. I would highly recommend using their services.

+ -1 moreHe was early to The appointment. He was in and out , had the work done very quickly and did the work on trust & good faith. This man is not about trying to make a quick dollar he is an honest person. yes I would hire him again.
Description of Work: My grandmothers air conditioner didn't work. She was sitting in 110 degree weather when I called him on Wednesday. He said next opening is Friday 10am. He showed up there at 9:46 & was done by 9:49am. He said air conditioning had been unplugged from the unit & now it works. Air is on again. Now thinking back to it, I should have been a Lil more detailed about having the most maintenance done for my dollar. I should have called & said I would like a routine maintenance service done/add coolant. Oh well at least she has cool blowing air now

+ -1 moreEverything went very smoothly. Chris knew exactly what he was doing, he was very professional and respectful. And there was a one year warranty on the fan motor! They were so great and I will definitely recommend them to others.
Description of Work: I called and spoke to Chris at about 9:15 AM and I told him the problem, he quoted me $45 for a diagnostic and assured me that if any repairs were made, that it would go directly to the total bill. Chris came out the same day to take a look at it, figured out what was wrong very quickly and gave me a price of $425 for a condenser fan motor and fixed it the same day!
