Description of Work: From the first call to the office, I knew this was going to be the place to use to have my tile floors cleaned. Their friendliness and willingness to quote over the phone was far more than I got from anyone else that I called. After the initial call, I called back about a week later to schedule the appointment and they were able to fit me in when I needed. Since I was replacing carpet also, they advised to do the carpet first and then clean the tile. Very smart when I saw how much dust came up from the carpet removal! | |On the install date, they called about an hour ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. Carl and Frank arrived and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable when it came to the tile. Products to use and not to use, etc. They walked the floors first to check for any cracked tile and grout or hollow tiles so they would know where to take extra care. Anyways, I knew the tile was dirty. I hadn't lived in the home for a year but my kids did, with a dog. Once Carl and Frank started the job, I was surprised at just how dirty the tile was. They did an amazing job! I would absolutely use them again and wish I would have know of them years ago. They did 3 bathrooms, an office, family room, dining room and kitchen for a total of 724 square feet. Their price was more than $200 LESS than one of the big companies you see on TV. A Clean Pro should be your first and only call when it comes to cleaning your tile floors!

For 16*20 L.R. & hall ( My estimate of size) jams was a little late but called to let me know who was on his way was very placement, professional; explained process and explained company referral program - actual cleaning came in under estimate we one very pleased.
Description of Work: Moved some furniture- vacuumed well - cleaned carpet - uplaced furniture with stuff under feet to protect carpet.

+ -1 moreThe owner on the phone was VERY detailled in his description of the company, their values, and the services they would provide. He was extremely courteous and happily answered all of my questions. The technician, Carl, was knowledgeable and courteous. He thouroghly explained the cost line by line before starting the work. The price was less than I have paid other companies and the quality of the work was better. When he finished, MY CARPETS WERE SO CLEAN! I will definietly be having them back.
Description of Work: All carpets were vacuumed, pretreated, and cleaned with pet deoderizer: master bed/bath suite, 3 bedrooms, office/loft/hallway, stairs, family room, living/dining greatroom. (We moved furniture ourselves in order to save 10%.)
