MOLLY MAID OF BURBANK

I've been using Molly Maids for a few months now. I highly recommend them. Even during these very difficult times of the current pandemic they show up and are very professional, wearing masks and gloves. They do a wonderful cleaning job throughout my home. I feel very safe knowing that my house was just cleaned and sanitized. I am completely satisfied with their work and highly recommend their services!

We have a regular service with them every two weeks. They're very reliable and thorough. It was a good service.

They have related total satisfaction - a good estimate given over the phone, cleaning always done in a timely manner and thoroughly; additionally, the cleaning staff seems satisfied and happy with management. As an observer, I can testify to the thoroughness and efficiency of the staff.

I have used Molly Maid for several years, have been very pleased with their work and I am picky when it comes to cleaning! Tony is a pleasure to work with and always accommodates my scheduling needs. The crews are thorough and friendly. I have NEVER had a problem with anything missing in my home and I am generally not here when they come to clean. In the rare event that something breaks, I am notified immediately. They provide special services if I request them, like cleaning my refrigerator or changing sheets. I feel they are competitively priced and do a wonderful job. I like that they are in and out in less than two hours and the house sparkles.

Services were fine for general cleaning. Deep cleaning was okay.

I discovered charges on 2 credit cards that were only kept in my house. The only people with access to the house were me and my girlfriend in addition to the Molly Maid employees. There is an alarm on the house that is always on whenever we are not home and when we are sleeping. The statements are not discarded and in fact one card was a corporate card and the statement is sent to my office so it isn't possible that someone stole the statements from my garbage. Tony Faggioli, the owner of Molly Maids, refused to cooperate with me and refused to investigate the theft.
