+ -1 moreI never received a call back for a very simple request. Unprofessional at best. Is dialing 7 numbers and providing an estimate so difficult? This alone was enough for me to stop attempting to get them to do any work for me because if they can't communicate well, how would the rest of the job go?
Description of Work: Placed two phone calls to Ventura Locksmith to provide me with an estimate for the installation of an electronic lock and re-keying of other doors. Both times I was put on hold, and both times I was told that they would call me back later.

We don't repair very old antique locks that companies are out of business. The reason being parts are no longer made for the locks and temporary repair would lead to a future malfunction.
