Jonathan's crew of 4 cut down my Australian willow, ground the 14-inch diameter stump and large surface root, chipped everything, and left the yard neat, all in under 90 minutes.

John and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job cleaning up after the work was finish. We had three trees removed and they were fast, on time and the price beat two other estimates. I would highly recommend John and his team. I will have him come back to plant our new trees in a few weeks.

Arrived on time. Explained what he would do and was finished in a very timely manner. Only complaint was dirty windows and could have cleaned up a little more.

Crew arrived slightly earlier than scheduled, which wasn't a problem, then they were done with everything in less than two hours including shredding everything and sweeping up all the debris. Very efficient and proficient group and will happily call them again for any future tree work.

Great service and result! We had a problem with falling pinecones and needles. After John and his associates trimmed our tree, dropping cones and needles are reduced by 90%, especially on windy days. John knows his trees and is very professional. We obtained other bids prior to making a decision to go with the Tree Guy and we felt that John's bid was very competitive compared with the three other bids.

The Tree Guy and crew showed up when they said they would, did everything that we asked, from pruning multiple fruit and landscape trees, to thinning out and cleaning up two large strelitzias, they also did a nice cleanup afterwards. We are happy with the results.

Cut back our willow tree heavily, removing dead wood and extremely long branches, leaving a cone of branches with leaves at the top. Cleaned up everything thoroughly. The lead cutter Danny is an artist with his chain saw.

This gentleman and his crew were awesome! They were right on time and beat their time estimate for the jobs. They were quiet, tidy, hardworking and 110% professional for all the work we had done!

OK. Took over a week to get a response ..Did great job trimming the trees. Very knowledgeable with the type of species of trees. Clean up was ok, not great as there were some debris left over.

Tree Guy was courteous, professional, and prompt in making contact and in scheduling the estimate. The issue was that the company that had been handling the tree work on the property for the previous owner (and the owner before that) then contacted us and provided an estimate for the same work. He was unaware of the estimate we received based on this deal. The estimate from the other company was $150 less than Tree Guy. So even with the deal with $100 off, the estimate for the work was $50 more than the person who has handled this same work in the past. With a project that is only $300 (with the other company), that is quite a difference. As such, we feel more comfortable going with the other provider and request a refund of the Big Deal.

I called on Friday afternoon and left voicemail. Jon returned my call with minutes, and arranged to stop by for an estimate on his way back from his current job. He managed to get here even earlier than promised, and called to let me know he was on his way. The estimate was good, and Jon scheduled the work the following day. He and his 3-man crew arrived promptly at 8 AM on Saturday. I was out for the morning, but when I returned at 11 the trimming crew was gone, and a 2-man cleanup crew with a chipper and truck was just finishing. The tree looks fine. Jon's guys did a great job of shaping the crown, so it will be beautiful as it begins to fill in. I would recommend The Tree Guy to anyone who needs tree maintenance. Jon is personable, knowledgeable, and honest. I had exactly what I wanted within a day of making the first contact.

He took the time to explain what he would do and the costs associated with each section of work. Gave me a written estimate that ended us exactly the same as final price. The cost was a little higher than other bids i received but i had confidence in The Tree Guy. He showed up on time, as promised, and worked for two days. He did charge me a "day rate" not knowing how much could be completed in one day, so my only advice would be to make sure you talk about how many hours a work day actually is. After the project was completed and we did a walk through, there were a few trees i felt needed removal. He agreed to come back and do the extra work two days later at no additional costs. I will call The Tree Guy the next time I need landscape service.

His tree trimmer was fantastic. He did the trimming with an artists eye and even looked from diffferent angles to make sure they looked good after trimming. The two men worked very quickly and cleaned up very well and left.

The Tree Guy gave us a second estimate for a tree and shrub to be removed. He came to see the job within 30 minutes of our phone call since he was already in our neighborhood. He beat the first estimate by 25% and was able to complete the job the next day. Jon Barton arrived with a two man crew, right on time. They were neat, quick, professional and left the areasin better condition then when they arrived. I do not hesitate to give them my recommendation if you need to have any work done on trees or shrubs. I will certainly use them again.
