+ -1 moreAfter being advised to have the stove steam-cleaned, I decided to forego putting in new insulation. With the help of the service booklets, my husband made several small repairs to the stove. Instructions in booklets were easy to follow and accurate. All of the resources I obtained from the newsletter were extremely helpful. They even referred a buyer to me for another stove I was looking to sell. The buyer came from Oklahoma to Pasadena, California, to purchase and pick it up. I never had to advertise it or negotiate the price. They were a wealth of information and experience that I am so happy to have discovered!
