Terri Davis - ERA Cusick Realty

Description of Work: Terri Davis was referred to me by a relative. I had done some research interviewing other agents (never having been in the house-selling arena before) and she was hands down the most professional, patient, responsive, easily accessible and punctual out of all. She explained the different avenues to take regarding the sale, detailing both the positive and negative of each situation. Since this was not an ordinary sale she really went out of her way to ensure that I would get everything I required. I would up with a far better outcome than anyone, including other brokers, and attorneys. She is so good, that, wherever I go to from here (CA), other states or possibly other countries I will not make a decision until I hear her input. ERA is very lucky to have her as one of their representatives.
