Description of Work: Made appointment for carpet cleaning @ 1:00 PM on Monday, 9/14/2015. ServPro failed to show up, did not call to explain delay/on-show and did not respond to messages. Filed complaint with BBB. BBB contacted ServPro with the details of the complaint and ServPro has still not responded. If they are so undependable with routine service, I certainly would not trust them to respond to an emergency!
