The family home was run down and badly needed a facelift prior to selling. However, money was tight and updating the home prior to selling was not an option. However, with Chris and Gillian's help, and a few minor tweaks, the house was sold in record time. The home belonged to my elderly ill mother and I was attempting to sell the home while living out of the state. There were several incidents with the home (hot water heater leaking, bee hive and swarm in front yard, garage door breaking, etc.) while on sale and Chris and Gillian handled the repairs speedily with only a phone call to me - and no need for me to travel back to California to handle. The home sold for asking price and escrow went so smoothly I was truly surprised (considering the nightmare I had in purchasing my current home out of state). I must express that I have never been treated so well in my life - i truly felt like family - with the stress of my ill mother and living out of state - I truly have never felt so taken care of. There are not enough words to express the satisfaction for the services rendered Chris and Giliian provided me. They are truly 10s on the scorecards. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending their services. They truly are fantastic!
