Description of Work: Rayne installed and serviced a softwater system in my home which catastrophically failed, to the point every plumbing fixture in my home was completely blocked with resin from their filter tank, costing my $1350 to clear. The response they had was that they would service it for $125 and hoped it would never happen again. |Please be aware of this possible problem and they way Rayne treats it's customers.

Description of Work: There is no cost for installation with a 6 month contract. They are a bit pricier than the competition but have better tanks. The only complaint I have is that the exchange tank driver left his truck running by my open windows as he exchanged tanks. I spoke to him about this and he promised not to do it again.

Salvador from Rayne Water in Ventura did a wonderful and very professional job advising us and installing a new water treatment conditioner in our new home. He not only removed our rental water treatment system from our rental but quickly determined the same salt water system would not be in our best interests at our new home. The new home has a tank-less water heater and a septic system vice city sewers. The salt system would destroy our septic tank. Salvador did a super job making sure everything would work great and then some. He is also very courtesy, professional and detailed. Ask for Salvador!!
