RALPH'S MOVING SVC

They were prompt and careful. They were very helpful when we moved into the house and setting up the furniture. I have recommended them to friends.

BATE AND SWITCH!!! We thought we hired only Ralph, but then he showed up on moving day with a second moving company that we knew nothing about, and never agreed to hire. We were at the mercy of both of the companies if we wanted to get moved. We had no choice but to agree to this second company, because we had to be out of our place on that day. We had to pay the other moving company a second full fee, which in essence doubled our moving costs. I think what he did was criminal. We had no idea whether or not the other company even had insurance. The fact that when Ralph came to bid the job, he never mentioned that he was not equipped to do the moves himself is only part of the problem. The bigger part of the problem is that it is akin to extortion. People have move-in and move-out dates, and shouldn't be blindsided by additional unanticipated moving costs (that are very high).
