Pedersen came out and looked over our property and the properties on each side of us. Property owners on each side of us went through a bidding process told me to get my neighbors together and lined up to get the darn thing done. They had a good price. They put up a reasonable fencing for the price. It was approved by our Home Owners Association. They were very patient and helpful with me and the neighbors in terms of lining up exactly what was needed. Their workers were helping out and well actually the stepped on a couple of my wifes plants. 99% of what they did on the construction was great. We are very happy with them. My neighbors bought off on it and paid their share and we now all three of us have very nice white vinyl fencing that they put up. Each of the other neighbors put in. Split the price with me on the fencing and one of them had an extra gate put in and one of them not only did the fence but we also fenced in a trash area. Their fences and gates seemed to work real well.

Requesting a quote was easy and the person showed up as scheduled. Upon paying the required 1/3 of the quoted price a scheduled date was set to remove and replace the fence. They showed up at least 10 - 15 minutes earlier than scheduled which is great. The persons removing and installing the fence answered all the questions I had in regards to what they will be doing and as they go along. Work was completed in two days the first day to remove the old fence and set the post down and let the cement harden overnight and the following day to completely install the new fence. About 5 hours each day. I am fully satisfied with the work done and will definitely use them again in the future. I got three quotes from three companies and their prices were comparable plus or minus some dollars. The persons attitude when he showed up to do the measurements I would say is also a factor in choosing them over the other contractors plus knowing they are locally located was a plus also. I also went to their office to make the payments and their customer service personnel were helpful and pleasant to deal with. From start to finish the experience was outstanding!

This started out with a a storm blowing down an old fence. The neighbor that I share the fence with had just bought the property to flip it. He was reluctant to work with me to get the new fence installed. I had called Pedersen fence for a quote in February. Pedersen fence came out right away. I told them what I wanted and they gave me a quote. I presented the it to the new owner and he wanted to use his own contractor. Well he kept lagging on getting his contractor. He sold the house to new owners and I had to start over with them. We agreed to use the quote I got from Pedersen. I call them and scheduled a date to come out and start the work. They removed all the old fencing. They cemented steal post in and put up the new fence in less than day. The 50' fence looks great. I love it. I couldn't have picked a better fence co. Pedersen fence was quick clean and did the job right the first time.

Other contractors were interested in selling us specific products/ideas and we were not not too happy with that. Pedersen was the opposite. They were happy to do what we wanted, explained the differences in ideas & never talked negatively about one product or another. Never felt like we were being sold anything. It felt like they were partners in the project. Scheduling was a small issue. We settled on a date, they change it to an earlier date then called and tried to move it back. Eventually it worked out but it could have gone smoother. We were disappointed that all they do is fencing & no associated services. They would not demo & remove a small portion of concrete attached to the fencing nor do they paint or recommend a painter. I'm sure they have their reasons but as a homeowner putting up the fence is only part of the process. The fence demo & construction took 2 days total. They worked fast and did an excellent job. I was happy with the new concrete footings & the fence construction. Quality was great. Very happy with the service.

They did an excellent job, were professional, neat and tidy. The 2 men that did the work have both been with Pedersen for many years, (which is a good sign) and never once did we feel uneasy with them being in our yards. My neighbor liked our fence so much that she is hiring them too.

I got a very quick and complete estimate from an obviously experienced representative. My litigious neighbor stopped our plans for complete fence replacement on one side and Pederson put up with my abusive and demanding neighbor with professionalism. The repairs were done as scheduled in a short period of time. Everything was left clean and neat and old lumber was hauled away. I can highly recommend.

They were very professional, on time, did the work according to the set schedule. They stayed within the original estimate and the end result was beautiful!
