+ 2 moreIt went very well. Pacific Interiors provided a timely quote and it was clear that they had a solid understanding of the project scope. They were the lowest of three bidders and we selected them to perform the work. We experienced several unforeseen conditions on the project and had to lean on them quite a bit to perform various change order scopes. All interactions with Curtis Dowell were positive and fair, the project was completed ahead of schedule and we look forward to working with Pacific Interiors again very soon.
Description of Work: As a general contractor, we solicited a quote for and later subcontracted the demo, framing and drywall scope to Pacific Interiors for a large two phase public works tenant improvement.
