We like them. We spent just over $1000 on that service. We like that they come out right away. They are very experienced and they have been in business for a real long time. They are very professional.

Had a hot water leak beneath our floor slab. Owner Mike Kimble came out to give an estimate and discussed the pros and cons of repairing the sub-slab leak versus repiping through the attic. Based on his recommendations and the reasonable cost for repiping we chose the repiping. The crew was punctual, communicative, efficient, and professional. The city inspector commented positively on their workmanship. The routing of the new pipes was designed to minimize cutting of the walls but even so we have to completely refinish both bathrooms. Kimble recommended a very good drywall repair handyman to finish the job.

A plumber generally costs $250 minimum regardless if work is done. Instead of sending less experienced workers and/or inventing work to do, the owner (Mike) came out himself and did not charge a dime. Outstanding.

Everything went well. The plumber arrived on time. He was very nice. He did a great job and was neat and clean. We were very happy.

During the on-site estimate the plumber cited a great deal of work needed t be done to "meet code." I later learned that the extra work he stated was required was not necessary for code at all. His estimate came to me in a lump sum (non-itemized), so I wasn't able to see how he arrived at the number he did. The worst part was that his quote was nearly $1,000.00 more then the next closest estimate from a competitor. When I called with questions he remained aloof, and at one point put me on hold for nearly 5 minutes while I was in mid-sentence. Based on these events and the towering price estimate, I opted to go with a different plumber and I'm so glad I did.

Money being an issue, there was a question as to how long the job would take. Plumber Carl Sunder while estimating the job might take longer than an hour, did the job within an hour.

The kitchen/laundry room drains were backing up. I came home to find water in the kitchen and laundry utility sink. I'd left a load in the washer going when I left for some errands. I called them from their listing on this list and they came when it was convenient for me. They called before they arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. He snaked out all the way to the main T junction. It took him 15 minutes. Another company had wanted to charge me extra to put a camera down the drains to see the problem, the plumber said that it was not necessary. The problem was cleared up quickly and neatly and the plumber was friendly.

He was great. The price was a little high. He came on a Saturday to work.

Jason sent 3 technicians out to the house to perfom the work requested. Each technician worked on their specific duty, i.e. tankless installation, fixture replacement & water shut-off relocation. The techs arrived precisely at the agreed-upon time. They were very professional, informative & respectful of our home. After the jobs were completed, I was given instructions, suggestions & a general education regarding the new tankless water heater and it's operation. The tech assigned to relocation the main water shut-off valve & regulator asked me if I was happy with the specific location before finalizing his job. The tech assigned to replace our bathroom fixtures pointed out a couple of obstacles he encountered, but readily offered alternate solutions to complete the job. If there were any issues that needed resolving, they did not proceed until they were given the "ok" from us to do so. I would not hesitate to call on Mike Kimble Plumbing for any future plumbing needs we may encounter in the future.

He is a really nice guy. He took his time and mailed me the quote and it was super high. I did not use him because of that and also because his attitude was like he was doing me a favor.

The plumber came over and supervised the work for me. The people who had come out to get the work done were clean and professional. They did an excellent job. I enjoyed working with the plumber and he finished the job that someone else had started long time ago. I felt comfortable calling him after seeing his records. He came over to check the job and told me exactly as to what he would do. He also told me as to how to resolve the issues that I had and I also told him about the crew. Everything worked out great at the end. I had received 3 or 4 quotes and the quote that Mike gave was the lowest. So, I have to give him credit for that. I would absolutely use his services in the future as well.

We had an emergency situation. He was really professional and did a great job for us. We were very happy with him.

Great experience and I will hire them again

His price was the best around, and he was very conscience. He was timely, and he was very clean. He showed up when the workers were here, and also answered any of my questions.

Excellent. They were busy, but they made time during the afternoon as this was an emergency repair. They did it for less than half what another plumber wanted to charge for the same job.
