Description of Work: Replaced a leaking pipe from a prior water conditioner installation. They rerouted the plumbing to make a more simplified installation than the original work and did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: Excellent service,very prompt response. I needed a new dryer hook up asap. I have used them since for other plumbing issues. Always prompt and professional.

Description of Work: Told me where the leak was but did not fix it. Was here ten minuets said when I got a new facet to call and they would install it. The $98 was an over charge for a service call when nothing was done to fix the problem.

Description of Work: A plumber was sent to investigate the cause of water stains on our garage ceiling, just below a bathroom. The plumber was able to trace the problem to a water diverter valve in the shower, which needed to be better secured and sealed. We also had him re-seat two toilet bowls because the toilets were wobbly due to rusted retaining rings. The plumber did not have the retaining rings for the toilets, so he had to buy them (note he was there only to troubleshoot the water stains, toilet work was not originally on his agenda). There were two things that were not as good as we had hoped in regards to workmanship: his caulking work around the toilet was not complete, neat, and clean; and clean-up. His drop cloth was so dirty that my wife had to mop the floors after he left. He also left al lot of debis in the sink and bath tub. Not a good last impression. Overall, his work was fair and timely. His personality was friendly and courteous. He did not provide an estimate for the toilet work before starting the task, but in the end the cost was about what I expected to pay for $98 per hour plus parts. I am not sure if I would recommend Mike Kimble Plumbing or call on them again. If some one recommended another plumbing company who can perform better finish work for the same price or lower, then I would be willing to try them.

Description of Work: Found leak in bathroom, under the flooring. Re-piped all pipes overhead. the job was completed in 2 1/2 days, with very little interruption, the entire crew was professional, polite and ready and willing to help each other to get the job done. Very good about answering our questions.

Description of Work: We were asking about the cost to have out drain line 'pressure' washed because it gets clogged with roots every view years. Jason came and gave us an estimate and said that it would be better to diagnose the problem when the line gets plugged up. The next time it does, we will definitely call Kimble Plumbing.

Description of Work: No service was preformed by Kimble Plumbing. They came to house and reviewed work that I needed on a Friday (2-3-12). Work included Steam shower unit that was leaking, Tankless water heater service, reverse osmosis unit filters, water conditioner and carbon filter service also leaking, and some facet repairs. I called them back on the following tuesday at which time they said they would have someone out between 12 noon and 3PM on the next day. I took off work and waited but they did not show up. Not hearing from them I then called another plumbing company. They did provide the name of a repaiman (A-1 Water Softner) for the water conditioner and carbon filter service and I called him to service them and he was there the next day at the appointed time (2-8-12).On Friday(2-10-12) one week after the first call when the new plumbing company was fixing my problems they called to see if he could set an appointment. This was one week after the original call was placed.
