All type's of roofing, including roof tune-up's that can extend the life of your roof 1 to 5 year's, saving you money until you need the roof replaced. Large commercial building's to the small residential job, we do them all. New construction, custom building's/roof's, to re-roofing that has several layer's of roofs, nothing is beyond our capabilities.

Roof ridge shingles were of a type used years ago that turns out don't hold up. They have been shedding material every time the wind blows. Also had a leak where patio cover joins house. Got quote from Esquivel's Roofing and then Martin (both were about the same.) Called Martin's to schedule but never heard back so I scheduled repair with Esquivel's. Then got call from Martin that they were coming the following morning - so told them to go with it. Repairs appear to be done well, and they used quality materials.
Description of Work: Replace roof ridge shingles. Repair roof leak.
