+ -1 moreUnlike the other reviews, my experience with this company was quite the opposite. I met with the foreman in July to discuss the project and view photographs of the services offered, however, they were unable to schedule a day and time to do the work until September. An appointment was made for 9/5/14 but the foreman didn't show so I contacted the office. The receptionist said that she would locate him and let me know what happened. Two hours had passed without anyone returning my call including the owner. At one point they would not even answer the telephone! Very unprofessional, unethical and inconsiderate as much time was wasted. They could have simply declined the project during our initial meeting in July if they were not interested.
Description of Work: No service was provided as no one showed on the day scheduled.

+ 0 moreThe gates were about 10 years old, black, rusting, and didnt close properly. Mares removed the gates (this involved un-welding them) and took them to their shop for refurbishing and painting them a lighter color. After about two weeks they re-welded them in place and completed the touchup painting. . The job took a full day to get things right and their team stuck with it until the job was perfect. They look great!!
Description of Work: Mares repaired and painted my neighbor's and my adjoining driveway gates.

+ -1 moreHe is European trained; he knew exactly what we wanted and he had all the samples. We were able to take what we wanted and he gave us some suggestions since we were using it for a dog run so that we could keep the dog outside and the coyotes couldn't get to him. He was very professional and he delivered on time to establish installation so we were very pleased with him.
Description of Work: We used Mares Wrought Iron to do a beautiful enclosure for a dog run which was all hand iron work.
