Henry Garcia Floor Coverings

Henry is the referred installer for Lumber Liquidators. An appointment was made. He did not show up. When I called his wife answered and stated she wrote down the wrong day and that he'd come out tomorrow. Fine, but I already took time off from work to accommodate the day he did not show up. When he showed up the next day he was on time. He did not acknowledge missing our appointment the prior day. He provided an estimate, but he was somewhat curt and his attitude showed he was not really that interested in performing the job. The turn off was that he charged an extra $125 to pick up materials. Ultimately, I asked for and received another referral from Lumber Liquidators. This man did not charge for picking up materials and his overall price was about $300 less than Henry.

Good job but you never know when he's going to show up to do it!

If person can't call to cancel or reschedule appt that's not obviously someone I won't use.

My experience with them went very well. They were timely, prompt and they were clean. They were courteous.

Henry Garcia is quite a find. The flooring is impeccable, the service I would recommend to anyone, he is very reliable, and honest which is the most important. He is just excellent! He was recommended by the Angie's List Concierge team, which made things easy.

Henry was able to fit me in on short notice, which was important since we had a home appraisal coming up on the weekend. His crew came in and performed the installation in a two-day time period. Everything was done very professionally. The crew was punctual and cleaned up everything so there was no evidence that they had been there, other than the beautiful new floor! We were very pleased with the work done, and will use Henry again when we are ready to replace our stairs (currently carpeted) with hardwood.

Henry came over and reviewed the work. He proposed a fair price and happened to have time to install it the same day. He got to work right away, worked steadily, and finished a few hours later. The work product was high quality and neat. Henry cleaned up and left everything tidy. He was friendly and professional and we have nothing but praise for his work.

He does installation of commercial and residential hardwood, laminate, carpet and vinyl. He was excellent and brought in a big crew; they had it done in one day and I had a lot of flooring. They were referred by the company I bought the laminate flooring from.
