 + -1 moreThe tenants let me know that the house had been invaded by ants. I called Green's Entomological Service and asked them to schedule the work with the tenants. They called the tenants and set up an appointment for the work to be done. They did so. The tenants are happy with theway the company works with them.
Description of Work: They sprayed for ants in and around the house. They worked with the tenants to coordinate a date for the work. They did the work quickly and professionally.

Description of Work: Green's examined my home for evidence of rodent infestation and placed new screen over openings into the crawl space between the first and second floor of my home.

 + -1 moreHe is very personable. He shows up and he calls me back. He does not do unnecessary work for me. He is very honest and his price is very reasonable. He is just a nice guy. He has a guy who also works with him and they both are professional.
Description of Work: He fixed a light switch panel because it was having a grounding problem. He changed the light bobs in the ceiling. He replaced the lights in the pool and he also put the security lights for me.

 + -1 moreThe two gentlemen who did the work, Joel and Wade(not sure this is his name, sorry), were 10 minutes early, which was a very pleasant surprise. Joel was very knowledgeable, and was teaching Wade, who stated he had just recently started to work for Green's. Joel did all of the work that needed to be done by an experienced person. He instructed Wade to do jobs such as getting equipment from the truck. Joel also explained much of what he was doing to Wade, which also helped me understand. They were both very polite, and made sure everything was left clean, especially the back patio, after taking down the patio bars.
Description of Work: Drywood termites were inviting their friends over to eat my house. Two employees chemically treated the infested areas with sodium borate. The areas treated inside included two different access areas to the attic, the garage, and outside areas on the first and second story. They replaced a 1st story 2x8 rafter with new material, and prime painted it. They removed and hauled away the patio shade bars, which were in bad shape, and a wooden picnic table that was being destroyed by termites.
