+ 0 moreOn November 10 took 4 hours for the technician to figure out that my furnace had a defective sensor. This company charged just for investigating the problem (they label this a service call). I tried another technician through by home warranty that came to the same conclusion but in 10 minutes instead of 4 hours. I was expecting a $70 charge for the service call and I was charged $240. On top of everything a salesperson tried to convince me of getting a new furnace and when I did not decide, the company send to me a reminder about an invoice for the $240 about a month after the visit of the technician.
