Overall, the work went very well. They were very punctual, quiet, and clean. They provided very good service. The people who worked for them were very pleasant to work with. They did a great job and I am very happy with everything. Their price was very good. I would definitely use their service in the future.

I liked the personalized attention, the experience, the fact that it was local, and also the fact that their workers who did the installation are within their own company. They do not sub-contract out. I felt confident that they would be able to handle everything I needed from the standpoint of even moving the furniture and taking out the old carpeting and getting rid of it. It just seemed like it was a complete service within that very business right there and that they weren't sub-contracting. It looked like from what they told me that they would be competitive in price. Right now they are a pretty serious contender for me, having shopped around at other places that I know are not on the list and the big buck stores. They instilled confidence in me that they would be an ability and that if I needed service, it was right there and it was right in my neighborhood. I felt that the man really had a lot of experience and I was impressed.

They were really easy to deal with. Their workmanship was satisfactory. They did all their work when they said they would and they did it well, so I was pleased. I don't think they leveled the concrete as well as they should have, so now the hardwood flooring is uneven. That is the only thing that I would have liked them to do differently.

I liked the quality of the craftsmanship and the fact that the owner was on the job all the time. He's a really great guy and altogether they did a great job, specially with some difficult spots where custom work was needed.
