+ 0 moreWould appear not well. Chuck didn't provide me with any follow up communications. If he was no longer interested in performing the work, for whatever reason, he could have at least provided me the courtesy of a response. Seems a bit puzzling, and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this may be a statement of character - but better to learn early in the hiring process.
Description of Work: I found Chuck on Angie's list and contacted him to obtain an estimate for reconfiguration of an existing water heater exhaust vent pipe run. He arrived on time, provided a reasonable price quote for the job. We agreed to an appointment time (an upcoming Monday) and also agreed to touch based during the prior weekend to reconfirm. I sent Chuck a text msg to confirm, and he responded that (unfortunately) he contracted the flu and would not be able to make the appointment. I called him about a week later and left a message to see if he was back to work - but he didn't answer nor return the call. About a week later, I also sent him a text message to which he did not respond.

+ 1 moreChuck Ferris is great - professional and efficient. He's been our plumber for 7 years, I would never call anyone else. He is knowledgeable about different repair options, always has a range of suggestions and the repairs are always done correctly and are never an issue again. He calls back quickly and arrives on time, is always friendly and a pleasure to work with.
