carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreCraig tried three different times to get rid of the smell. He was professional and courteous. After the third time, he said he could not figure out how to do anything else to rid the carpet of the odor. His original price to do the work was $90. He did not bill me at all. I am impressed that this is a man who honors his word. He was hired to get rid of a smell; he could not do it; he did not charge. Impressive!!! He will get all my future business and my referrals.
Description of Work: He was to rid a one year old carpet of an odor. The carpet had been cleaned; there were no stains; there was no dirt; just this horrible smell
