carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreCraig used an environmentally safe solution to clean our carpets throughout the home. It took about two hours to dry, and there was no smell or anything to the solution. He moved the furniture around to make sure he got to all areas of the carpet. Everything came out looking brand new! He spent a lot of time on it and it still looks great a few months later.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in four bedrooms, the living room, and dining room in our home

+ 0 moreCleaner showed up late, though he called ahead to adjust ETA. It was a rainy day. He examined each area and gave an estimate, laid out protective shields to prevent marring the walls, explained what he was going to do, started by saturating the carpets with enzymes to neutralize pet urine where it was needed, and proceeded to clean. After cleaning he ran a commercial sized fan to help dry out the carpets and sofa on a rainy day. This cleaner works alone. When I asked about a crew, he said he had one employee, which I liked because you know you will always get the owner or the one person he has trained. They know what they're doing.
Description of Work: This owner-operated carpet cleaning company offers a great value. Unlike franchises, this cleaner is not paid on commission, so he has no incentive to sell you things you do not need. I appreciated his honesty. He sold me the cleaning I needed to get rid of pet odors (I had a puppy) and explained what I would need to improve all flooring in my house. This time he did four rooms of carpeting plus sectional sofa, and I will have him back again to do more work.
