 + -1 moreI am extremely disappointed with the tile installation service I received in our guest bathroom and laundry room. The work was sloppy, with permanently smudged tiles and faded grout. Moreover, the promised follow-through was nonexistent. Numerous attempts to address the issues were met with unresponsiveness and broken promises. I have been trying to get a resolution for over 3 years to no avail. Avoid this company if you value quality and customer service.

 + 1 moreThey did an excellent job. The new stone floors are magnificent and opened up my entire house. They were fantastic. I absolutely recommend them to others. I would use their services again in the future.
Description of Work: They completely remodeled a bathroom and kitchen for me, built a new shower, installed a walk-in tub, and redo the floors.
