His crew did an excellent job, very professional and I was more impressed than I thought I would be. I'm just thrilled with the work he did.

From the first contact to the last we have been thrilled with our work with Cook Construction. We received a recommendation from a neighbor. He responded promptly to our inquiry, visited our home and provided guidance on what could work best. ( Our desire was for outward swinging french doors. He explained the challenges of such a choice, the costs, the lack of warranty that the manufacturers would offer and his reluctance to due such an install. He would rather pass on the opportunity than risk his companies reputation on single job). We visited a local distributor of window and door products with him, requested and received architectural drawings and pricing. We visited again on our own to make the hardware selection. We don't rush into decisions, but when we were ready to move forward, Bob addressed our questions and concerns. We signed the proposal sheet and received an installation date. He showed-up right on time and the installation was completed this morning. I gave Cook Construction a B grade on price, but we are happy with the price we paid. We valued his expertise and his professionalism and were not looking for the best price, but the best value and we achieved that. We had lower quotes, but did not have anywhere near the same level of confidence. We have many more windows and several doors to replace and Cook Construction will be our contractor.

Not due to Cook construction front door took months to become available. Bob Cook provided estimate and some very helpful insights on locking mechanism. Bob kept us informed on delivery of door to finisher. Door way was installed in one day. Construction crew was neat and orderly. After door was installed and payment made I notice some finishing aspects that I did not like. Bob came out the next morning after I called him and listened to my complaint. Looking back I was way to energetic with my complaint, however, Bob was very professional and said that he would return and fix the problem. Even though he was very busy two days later one of the original installers return and completely corrected what I had not liked. No additional cost. It has been several months since the entire front door way has been installed and the quality of installation is obvious. We are very pleased with Cook Contruction.
