His recommendations brought our attic up to code, removed and replaced the insulation with improved material, and also solved some electrical problems. Very professional. James did a thorough inspection, including the attic, the interior walls of the house, and the outside perimeter. He pointed out to me the locations where he found evidence of termites and showed me the evidence. He is very knowledgeable and he explained everything that needed to be done. He was very courteous, not only during the inspection but also during the treatment service which he did along with a helper.

The company responded quickly. James came to my house the next day to inspect the situation. He gave an estimate and I hired him for the job. He started right away. The following day other workers came with James to work in the attic. It has only been two days since then, but next week James will come to check the traps. Hopefully the house will pest free by his third visit.

They were very professional and took the time to show us how they were going to track the termites and how the treatment would be applied. They really made an effort not to track any dirt through the house. in addition to the termite treatment they also repaired some duct work in the attic. We would definitely use them again.
