Great experience with Clifton. They came out and inspected my whole house and advised me that I did not have termites after all. Just a localized infestation in one area due to rain. They spot treated it and gave me a guarantee. Their team was honest and did excellent work.

James Clifton is a knowledgable contractor, and a gentleman too. His employees were well-versed and worked very efficiently. His recommendations brought our attic up to code, removed and replaced the insulation with improved material, and also solved some electrical problems. I would recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

The company contacted me in a timely manner. Rep was knowledgeable & took his time evaluating the condo & building. Answered all my questions. Very professional. James did a thorough inspection, including the attic, the interior walls of the house, and the outside perimeter. He pointed out to me the locations where he found evidence of termites and showed me the evidence. He is very knowledgeable and he explained everything that needed to be done. He was very courteous, not only during the inspection but also during the treatment service which he did along with a helper.
