We go above and beyond to try keep our customer's satisfied. Your total invoice was $6451 which included carpet, padding and labor. We replaced your newly installed floors with a carpet of your choice for free with the exception of the labor which was $300. Carpet Galleria was easy to work with from start to finish. They had a wide selection of hardwood to choose from at competitive prices. Their sales people were professional and helpful and their installers were prompt and reliable. Most importantly, they were skilled craftsmen who did an excellent job of installing our floor. We are very happy that we went with Carpet Galleria and recommend them without reservation. We love our beautiful new floor!
Description of Work: Removed ceramic tile and carpet throughout our downstairs. Installed hardwood flooring.

The workmen and installation went very well. However, weather was extremely windy. Door open and very cold. Also, my private contractor found problem with area in the MB. It had to be redone. No problem or complaints. Just very bad weather for us all.

It is less expensive. I just feel the way they did the estimation and looked over the store but I was not satisfied. Their estimate was around $6000-$7000 last August.

Installers woked well. We had special restrictions and they were able to install all the materials that we needed for the resstrictions. We had issues come up and they were able to work around our schedule. They were fantastic.

Our salesman Wassi was very professional and thorough. Their estimate was not the lowest, but for the style of carpet and timing they were the best. Their installers were right on time and finishe the whole house in a day about 1500 sq ft including stairs. We were very happy with thier service and installation from start to finish.
