Description of Work: I have a wool Tibetan rug that was badly stained and I did not expect to be returned in perfect condition. It came back with all stains removed and only a little discoloration, for which they apologized profusely, and did not charge me for another hand woven rug they also cleaned (perfectly). The only complaint would be that I had to call them as it took longer than they quoted me. A husband and wife team, they were pleasant to deal with and I would use them again.
