He brought the right crew size to get the job done and provide a balance between progress and disruption. House was sealed up at end of each work day. Worksite was clean. Juan was good to work with. Excellent contractor. Would hire again.

He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable, and stuck to his timeline as much as he could controlled. Everything was transparent, pay schedule was detailed and forthcoming, and he worked well with all of his subcontractors. I never had to worry because I knew Juan was meticulously overseeing the project on a daily basis. Juan listened and was responsive to every concern. I called California Custom Builders for an estimate to replace a kitchen counter top & sink in my rental duplex. Juan gave me a very reasonable price for the project.. After purchasing the sink & counter top, demolition began. Juan began replacement & finished the job in a few days. Juan did a professional job, & I am very pleased with his work. The kitchen looks great.
