Very knowledgeable workers. Very helpful in determining sources and solutions. Was able to work around our not-so-easy yard and installed pest controls in multiple locations. Overall, very well satisfied with the quality of personnel and work.

I called them over and they were able to figure out the issue quickly. They put together a plan for my termites and fixed it. They came back a few weeks later to verify it worked. All of the people I met from their company have been easy to work with.

I picked Cal Termite at random just to get another estimate after getting irritated with "the hard up sell" from someone else the day before. Scott came out quickly (when he said he would... not like the other guy!), did a more professional inspection and left me more educated and satisfied. The report was everything I needed to move to the next step. I already knew I had a problem: he explained what needed to be done and what didn't in order to get me what I wanted/needed now. I appreciated his knowledge and experience- he pointed out a couple items I wasn't aware of but he didn't push the issue. I was very surprised compared to the day before. Bottom line: clean, professional and top notch work done when he said it would. A+ Oh yeah, and he beat the price too!

I requested the lead and within 5 minutes I had a termite inspection scheduled for the same day! I had my report within 24 hours of my inspection being done.
