I hired him to come and do the job and he did a pretty good job. I just had the house re-stuccoed last year, so when they put the patch on, they told me straight out, that it would show as a patch, and their solution was to do a fog call on the entire side of the house, and that made the patch invisible.
Description of Work: I had drain pipes removed, and I had some stucco damage. I used Belanger & Son Plastering.

Excellent. Mike Belanger was recommended by my electrical contractor (see separate report on Summit Electric) to patch / repair my home's stucco where it had to be cut out to make room for the larger upgraded electrical panel. I had called Mike prior to the electrical work. He was busy with other work, and recommended I call him back when the electrical work was completed. I did. The electrical work was completed on a Thursday. I called him the next day, Friday; and he said he would stop on Saturday at noon, on the way back from some work in LA, to look at the job and provide me an estimate. He showed up as promised, and provided me an estimate of $200 which seemed about right to me; so I agreed. He said he could do some of the job while he was there, at least enough to get it waterproofed (which was my main concern) and finish early in the week. As things progressed, he decided to finish the whole job while he was there. It took about 3-1/2, almost 4-hrs. Mike is a third generation plasterer. And I was impressed that, as this was Saturday afternoon, and he had just driven about 45-miles or more returning from work in LA, that he did not rush to finish; he took his time to do things correctly with no short-cuts. One could tell he enjoyed his work and wanted to do it right. Though this was a small job, I have no reservations about using Mike again in the future. While he was here, I also asked him for an estimate to remove the "popcorn" finish on several ceilings in our home, and smooth them over. I expect to have another good report when we get around to doing that work too at some future date.
Description of Work: Repair / re-plaster of exterior stucco after new upgraded electrical panel was put in by electrical contractor.
