Description of Work: This company has a nice office & employees. I gave instructions to tent my spa. Notice was given that plants would be damaged if closer than 18 inches from the exterior. No notice was given that plants could not be saved if greater than 18 inches. Instead they destroyed valuable plants up to 3 foot away, & caused $1000 damage. The lawn more than 2 foot away, was severely damaged.Also the tenting was unprofessionally placed. I also saw that the spa was not tented, despite my request. The crew for the tenting were cavalier, and asked for a key to the front door. This was a huge security risk, and had I known this, I would have hired a security guard. They will have to improve.

+ -1 moreEverything went smooth. I called the office and they were very professional. The inspector was very knowledgeable. They offered a great price. They were always there when they said they would be. I have nothing bad to say. I will definitely recommend them to anyone. The wood crew also did a great job. They even painted it for me at no extra charge. All other competitors only prime the wood. Great experience!!!
Description of Work: All Guard came our and gave my wife an I a free termite inspection and report. The report was very detailed. They offered a great price compared to other local competitors. I own many properties and will only use them in the future. They did a fumigation and fixed the termite and dry rot damage.
