+ -1 moreTHEY WERE EXTREMELY CAREFUL TO NOT SCRATCH THE PIANO AS IT IS A FAMILY HEIRLOOM. THE PIANO ARRIVED WITHOUT INCIDENT AND THE DRIVERS EVEN PLACED PLASTIC OVER MY NEW CARPET SO IT WOULD NOT GET DIRTY.
