+ -1 moreThey were polite, but it seemed like they got turned off when I mentioned that the job only consisted of loading the truck and not a full-service move. The online survey was vague, and didn't really allow me to explain and detail what I needed to inquire about.
Description of Work: I reached to them on their online survey, after calling them to ask them about my upcoming moving job. I'm moving to the greater Los Angels area. I heard back from them, and it seemed like they didn't want my job. I tried following up with them, and could never get back in touch with the company. I took their unresponsiveness as if they didn't want my business or to take on my move.
