The job was performed quickly. They kept the job site clean at all times. Their workers were punctual, and worked very hard. The finished product was just what we wanted.

They sounded like they would be really good people to work with but they were high and beyond my budget. It wasn't unreasonable but it was beyond my budget. They were very qualified and very good. I was happy to have known them and I would use them another time but I got a lower bid. They were very professional and very pleasant. I would have been happy to have done business with them.

They are very knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. The job site was kept clean and organized. We will definitely use them again.

Their customer service is excellent. they were very responsive to my calls and emails. they were quick to set a date to to do the job and very accommodating to my needs when I needed to change the date. They did a very nice job on the storage cabinets. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs carpentry/wood work

Working with Potter Mallis was a great experience. Todd and Matt went out of there way to make this process as easy at possible. They met there deadline and even delivered and installed the finished products themselves

I don't have enough great things to say about Potter Mallis. They were extremely professional from the start and provided me with excellent ideas and service. From the first walk-through, Todd had great suggestions that helped to make the finished product excellent. Todd helped me design the kitchen at IKEA, and had some great solutions to work in my tight space. They were good at helping me mix less expensive materials with higher end materials, and understanding the need to keep costs down. Their work is first rate, they were very communicative (yes, really), and they are easy to work with. I also really appreciated that one of them was always at the job site. I recommend them highly.
