Description of Work: This pleasant elderly housekeeper is non-English-speaking, which made it hard to communicate. A relative interpreted for her to help set up the appt. I waited at my house at the appointed time, but she did not arrive. She called from a nearby shopping center, where she had taken the bus to, for me to go and pick her up. She cleaned for 4 hours, completing only 2 rooms and the entry floor. She was very agreeable to do what was requested, but works quite slowly. The glasstop stove surface/vent and kitchen window were very streaky. I would be also concerned that she may fall and injure herself if she needed to climb on a stepladder to reach something.

+ 1 moreYou will not find someone with a sweeter disposition--or someone as dependable. She has a green card but speaks very little English. The language barrier was not such an issue, and she requires no management. Margarita warmed up to us very quickly and jumped right into the work. She has been consistent in that, and always very reliable when we require her services.
Description of Work: She often comes three days a week to clean our house, do laundry and take care of our dogs. Sweeping, mopping, waxing, polishing, dusting as well. Impeccable attention to detail. She is very hard working.
