So far so good, still awaiting to hire a general contractor for the project, none the less I have the finalized plans ready to go, hoping to begin construction this summer if not definitely by fall, professional in every aspect.

It went great the plans were approved after about a month of signing, thank god because I was being charged for a city violation, these guys saved me a lot of money in the long run.

Everything went well, really professional company, I met with Danny and immediately I was captivated by the presentation. Process was a bit slow at first but they told me it's the city who always delays the's things. Either way we got the plans and awaiting to get started hopefully soon.

Everything went well, only had some delays with the city allowing us to even utilize the space, all kinds of regulations nowadays its so annoying, thanks to these guys I was able to get some plans approved after I tried gathering estimates from other companies they said I wouldnt be able to get the permits to do the project.... well looks like they just lost my business! Price wasnt the cheapest thrown my way.. but I gotta say I am happy either way, and if a couple hundred bucks is what it takes to make sure my home improvement projects get done the right way I have NO PROBLEM. Thanks.

Everything went great, it has been quite the process we got started on this back in January to have the drawings created with structural engineering, biggest delays were the city, but thank God these guys had it covered, I did not want to deal with the headache as I have received violations before on my other properties, and it is not fun people! At least these guys were professional enough for me to not have to worry about it. Now to have a company do the construction, thanks again guys.
