Great! The 2 ladies arrived and worked quickly and efficiently through the entire house (almost 2000 sq ft) for 3 1/2 hours. They were kind enough to work around my sleeping baby and start upstairs. The house looked and smelled fantastic! Can't wait for them to come back. I've decided to hire them monthly, and will receive a reduced price.

It was great. They're still cleaning my house to this day. They're A+! Very awesome.

They were good. It took a little bit longer. I thought they've done a good job. I needed it for a party I was having the next day. After they left, a few people were here. We found that they didn't go behind something to clean the cobwebs. They didn't clean behind the piano. It was things that I would expect from deep cleaning. I wasn't disappointed with the service. In fact, I was going to hire them again to come on a monthly basis. They quoted me a price. I came back to them. I said, "If you don't wash the windows, can I have it for this amount?" They haven't gotten back to me so I don't think I'm going to use them again. If they do contact me, I would probably use them.

They arrived in a timely manner and started by asking what specific jobs and priorities I wanted the two workers to accomplish. they promptly began the task and worked through the time and finished everything with time to spare.

I loved the customer Service Sheila. She was very through in talking prior to visit, in arranging a time and reviewing needs. She emailed me the contract and received a text when the ladies were on there way. Very Professional Customer Service. However, there was so confusion when the ladies were at my house. After we walked through my house and I assume all was good. I received a text /calls from Sheila that what I had asked of the ladies couldn't be accomplished in the 1.5 hrs purchased, also did I need a deep dusting vs light dusting? It was explained a " light dusting was cleaning the surfaces not moving items and a deep dusting was cleaning the surfaces and removing the items and cleaning them ", I said I've never had anyone ask me that (as I have cleaning people before they would dust the surface and lift the item and dust under the items - "No I didn't need them to clean the items, I would like the surfaces dusted". I texted her pictures of the rooms needing cleaning to show there were very few items on my surfaces/shelves. I was asked what was my priority to get done in the 1.5 hrs purchased. I was a little disappointed as I felt as I was doing the walk through it would of been helpful if the lady there had asked me those questions or indicated what they couldn't do in the time allotted (as others have in the past) vs starting the job then calling their office , which resulted in about 10 mins decision over 3 texts/phone calls. What if the room she started in wasn't a priority but she had already started. I'm mixed on my review. I give them High marks for the initial calls and follow-up calls with Sheila Customer Representative. The work the cleaning ladies were able to finish was good. I finished the dusting and little cleaning in the two rooms they weren't able to do. Perhaps to do a basic clean, dusting, moping required 2 hrs. for this company. I would recommend them because of their Customer Service but ask a lot of questions and clarify what their employees can do in the time allotted before the work starts. My overall rating is good and professionalism would be excellent for customer service but rated good because the work was good but the communication with the workers was needed to be better. I choose "no" to rehire because I feel for the price they charge an hour and what they can accomplish in hour, is a deal I can get elsehere for the same (or better) price. However, it is possible that I could see hiring them after maybe trying other companies? This was the second company I have hired through Angies List and YB cleaning was better then the other company by far, due to Customer Service

Excellent. I was kept apprised of the cleaners arrival time, as they arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The two ladies worked solidly for 4 hours, achieving everything that I'd asked them to do when they arrived. I'm very satisfied and would use this service again.

Let me first just say WOW! The customer service was amazing from the start. Shirley was very nice in making sure all of my questions were answered when setting up the appt. The workers showed up on time and ready to work. They cleaned my 2 bed room, 2 bath & 2 patio in 2 hours and it looked wonderful afterwards! They were both very nice also! I will most definitely be using them again and referring YB Cleaning to everyone I know.

Both cleaners were quick and thorough and very communicative with me or through someone at their office if there were any questions or concerns. They were very receptive to our specific cleaning requests and that along with their communication gave me confidence in them and their operation.

Our tenant moved out. She had cats. The place was a mess. I wasn't about to do it myself so for the first time ever, I hired someone. So glad I did. It was worth every dollar. There was a crew of two, they showed up on time, did an amazing job. Cleaned behind the stove and fridge, the inside of the fridge and cabinets, everything. Yay! I highly recommend.

They were very professional and showed up exactly when they were supposed to. Did a beautiful job with no complaints from me.They cleaned 6 months of dirt etc in 2 hours. My microwave was so gross and no matter what I did I couldn't get it clean. Now it looks like a million bucks! I would highly recommend them to do work from you. Best value for the price!! I will rehire them in a minute to redo the job. On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the best I would give them in a minute.

I've had the same two cleaners from this company come to my house for almost 2 years now. They always do a great job and when one of them can't make it, there is a sub who comes with one of the regulars. Any time I've requested something specific, they always respond quickly and deliver. I'd recommend them to anyone.

A crew of 2 people cleaned my apt, which was in really bad condition and they managed to make it look like new. I wasn't expecting everything to get done in 2 hours, but they worked really hard and fast. Happy to say I got my whole deposit back. I will continue to use their services on a on-call basis. Very nice people. It was easy to schedule, and I really liked that the office followed up to make sure I was happy with the service. Great customer service.

I've been using YBC for many years. I trust them and I'm very happy with their services. When ever I want them to focus on a specific area or thing, I call the office and they inform the team. I'm usually at work when they come so I dont get to see the team often. Im always misplacing things and they know my home so well, I really like that they put things back where it belongs. They just make my life easier. Good, honest people.

We've used yb cleaning for many years. They come once a day 5xs a week. Our office is two floors about 10k square feet. We trust them, and they are always on top of things. Reliable and trustworthy. We highly recommend them.

Spring cleaning on a 2b 2b home. Arrived with in the estimated time. They asked me to inspect their work to make sure I was happy with everything and I was. I will continue to use their services. Office and crew were very nice and professional.

Loved the service! They emailed me the appt confirmation, arrived within the estimated time (1hr window), even texted me me when they were on their way, which help me get other things done and I got home at the same time they did. The crew worked very fast and were able to get to everything with in the 2hrs. Very happy with the crew and office, professional and efficient. Will continue to use their services.

Happy with the service, I paid a bit more than what I've paid before with another service, but totally worth it. Huge difference on the quality of work. The girls were very nice, hardworking, fast and professional. The office followed up, happy with their customer service as well. Will use them once a month.

The crew did an amazing job! made my apt look new. Worked fast. Were late 30mins, but the office kept me informed which was no problem. Excellent customer service, that's why I hired them. The best housecleaning service I've ever used. Very efficient and thorough. They even pay attention to the smaller details like wiping the refrigerator shelves and emptying my shredder bin, without me asking. The floors are spotless after each visit.

It went wonderful! It went so wonderful that I use them to clean my house every week! I highly recommend them! I'd have them come multiple times a week if I could! And they are great with my pets.
