YB Cleaning Services

YB was able to make some adjustments in their schedule to come to my property and perform the needed work on short notice. The person who answered the phone in their office was professional and pleasant, and explained to me what the options were before the work was scheduled, so I was able to make an informed decision. All in all it was a good experience.

The booking process was relatively smooth, though at this point I was informed that the "deep housecleaning" would encompass only that work that could be performed by a single cleaner in six hours or two cleaners in three. I live in a small 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, but suffice it to say that the man-hours provided by YB for this particular deal were hardly sufficient to cover "deep" cleaning. Interiors of any appliances were not addressed. The two cleaners who did the job were kind and punctual, but all told, they weren't able to accomplish much more than a surface clean in the time allotted by YB. They did break a picture frame while dusting--a relatively minor mishap but one that may be attributable to the breakneck pace they had to adopt in order to accomplish even a basic clean.

Amazing! Two maids came right on time and did an incredible job. I was definitely worried that they would not be able to thoroughly clean the entire house plus the refrigerator plus the oven to my OCD standards within the allotted 2 hours, but they did it! Would definitely recommend and hire again.

Not well. They did many extra things and then ran out of time and wanted me to pay for them to finish. They swept my hearing aids onto the floor as they dusted! I did not ask for dusting...just floors. They sprayed a photo with cleaner and almost ruined it. All the things I complained about to the owner....they did. Rushing through and not taking care of my things. Where is there a cleaner who cares?

Two cleaners arrived to clean. They were ok. I wanted 3 bathrooms Really cleaned well. I felt they were too quick, dis not use my cleaning products therefore it didn't smell clean when they were finished. They had time to dust more and did not. I had already cleaned the kitchen so it really provided them with the time to perform what i wanted.

They did a fine job cleaning what they had time to clean. There was an issue when scheduling about their office booking the wrong day, and so they arrived half a day late after they did some internal rescheduling, but other than that, it was a great deal.

Nice ladies but this time (my second time) was not nearly as clean or complete as I would expect or like the first time. They neglected to make my bed, I had pulled the covers up but they didn't make the bed, didn't dust in either bedroom at all, there was still hair on the bathroom floor and the coffee table and fireplace were not dusted either. Really bummed. Paid $99 for 1.5 hours of two women. Pretty basic stuff was not done.

I am more than pleased with the way the job went. Teresa and Mari did a wonderful job.

We are very happy with the cleaning service and will continue to use them. We pay $135 per visit for biweekly service of a 1700 sq ft. The same 2 ladies usually come and clean. They dust, straighten up, vacuum, mop, and do a great job cleaning bathrooms and the kitchen. They spend almost 2 hours each visit and always courteous and polite to our family...even to our dogs!

They did an excellent job. I plan to use them again.

Great! Edwin and Cindy came for the initial cleaning. They were prompt and had to work very hard cleaning for 4 1/2 hours. I liked them so much I let YB know that I wanted them to come and clean once a month. So, they came back and I am really pleased with them. I am on the schedule for monthly cleaning with Edwin and Cindy. If I have a party or function, I can arrange have them come to clean. The staff at YB has made this process seamless for me and always responded quickly to my emails.

Team was prompt and did an excellent job removing the animal hair and grime from previous residents.

They did a rush job I told them to clean the kitchen cabinets and they didn't I had to scrub after they left they didn't pay attention to any details just wiped everything with water and cleaned nothing I won't hire them again don't waste your money just clean it yourself

They worked very hard and everything was clean and spotless when they left. However, about a month later, I noticed damage to the lower/right frame on a large painting hung in our spare bathroom. We rarely use this bathroom and no one had been in this room since the cleaning. I then remembered hearing a loud crash when they were cleaning this room, but didn't see the damage at the time nor did the cleaners mention any damage. Perhaps they didn't notice it, but they did take out the trash and it appeared that the damage caused about an inch of frame to break off. One would think they would have seen this and figured out what had occurred... I contacted the company regarding this issue and how we could resolve it. After a number of weeks (and emails), they said they spoke with the cleaners who both denied any damage occurred. As such, they said they were not responsible. Obviously, stuff happens. So, the damage itself was a small factor here. I would have preferred to have the cleaning crew tell me about it when it happened. Also, if they had saved the chipped off piece, we might have been able to just glue it back on. Since the chipped area is small (about 3/4" by 1/4") I wouldn't think it would cost too much to have it repaired. So, if the company had stepped up and offered to fix the damage I would have used them again myself and recommended them to others. In fact, I thought this issue would be easily resolved and we purchased another Angie's coupon to use them again. However, if the company continues to refuse to take responsibility I would be very hesitant to use them in future and will ask for a refund on the second coupon.

Very efficient, was able to dust as well in the time allotted. Much more accomplished than other companies used in the past. Really pleased with the team and the cleaning. Will definitely call again.

They did the work to my satisfaction

Great! The 2 ladies arrived and worked quickly and efficiently through the entire house (almost 2000 sq ft) for 3 1/2 hours. They were kind enough to work around my sleeping baby and start upstairs. The house looked and smelled fantastic! Can't wait for them to come back. I've decided to hire them monthly, and will receive a reduced price.

It was great. They're still cleaning my house to this day. They're A+! Very awesome.

They were good. It took a little bit longer. I thought they've done a good job. I needed it for a party I was having the next day. After they left, a few people were here. We found that they didn't go behind something to clean the cobwebs. They didn't clean behind the piano. It was things that I would expect from deep cleaning. I wasn't disappointed with the service. In fact, I was going to hire them again to come on a monthly basis. They quoted me a price. I came back to them. I said, "If you don't wash the windows, can I have it for this amount?" They haven't gotten back to me so I don't think I'm going to use them again. If they do contact me, I would probably use them.

They arrived in a timely manner and started by asking what specific jobs and priorities I wanted the two workers to accomplish. they promptly began the task and worked through the time and finished everything with time to spare.
