Description of Work: We received an initial detail cleaning of our home. Jessie was our initial contact for inquiry and scheduling the work. The cleaners were scheduled to arrive between 2:30 and 3pm, but did not arrive until almost 4pm; which was difficult for us as we had early evening plans. The cleaners started as soon as they arrived and completed the cleaning in a quick manner. We were pleased with the results and look forward to working with YB again. We will understand that the scheduled time is not a window for arrival but simply an estimate of approximate time, and will look forward to a phone call from YB when the team will be late.

Description of Work: Was told I would be contacted by 9/17/14. Needed service by 9/19/14. Was not contacted. Contact service provider on 9/18/14 and they did not have availability until the following week.

Description of Work: they cleaned an empty 1100 sqft condo with 2 bathrooms. They didn't clean the freezer. Apparently you have to ask for that separately?? very odd to me. It was just an ok job.

Description of Work: Angie's list deal was 4 hours of housecleaning for $99. However, if there are two cleaners, the deal is only 2 hours of cleaning for the $99. Their rate is $85 per hour and we had an additional 3-1/2 hours (total 5-1/2 hours). So the total price paid was close to $400.00. Both employees of YB were courteous, kind, & thorough. We needed YB for post construction with all the dust and new floors which were a mess. They did a great job and the office staff is also very helpful.

Description of Work: Mary and Letty arrived right on time and brought all the supplies and equipment needed to clean my apartment. They worked for 2 hours straight and completed everything I asked for. They even cleaned my refridgerator which I wasn't expecting. I would recommend them very highly.

Description of Work: I purchased a $99 deal for 4 Hours of Housecleaning. The service turned out fine. They did exactly what the deal stated. It took them a couple hours to complete the service. The house cleaners were clean and efficient. Two people came out for the service with their own supplies. I had no issues with scheduling or contacting them.

Description of Work: Everything went very, very well. The two-person crew got lost on the way, but only arrived 15 mins past the scheduled time. Once they arrived, they were very pleasant, listened attentively to my direction, and got straight to work. I left the home for approximately three hours and came back when they called to say that they were done. The house looked fantastic, and I found it to be money very well-spent. My only disappointment was that I inquired about having them clean our new home on a full-time basis. After receiving a proposal and receiving a message to call and discuss, they never called back again. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to have them clean my home again if I were in the market for a deep cleaning service.
