I reached out to YB for help because my condo had a lot of drywall dust and dirt from renovations. They sent Mary and Angela, they were on time, professional, and very hardworking! They listened carefully to what I needed and followed directions to a T. I appreciated their service so much I signed up for monthly cleanings. So far, they have come twice and I am still very happy with the results. Overall, professional, hardworking staff. They also wore masks.

From start to finish, YB Cleaning Services did a fantastic job. We have a big akita who sheds a lot, and we are four roommates so the house is naturally dirty. The two cleaning ladies showed up right at 8am, our agreed upon time slot. After walking them through what we needed (kitchen, cabinets, living room and two bathrooms), they jumped right in and got to work. Both bathrooms are spotless. They cleaned both from top to bottom leaving them noticeably cleaner and clean-smelling. The living room is now fur-free, the couches are clean and the window blinds went from dusty back to white. The floors are nearly spotless having gone from dirt and marked up to little-to-no blemishes. Lastly, the kitchen looks fantastic. I specifically requested an emphasis on the cabinets and they delivered, now they are spotless white. Everything smells fantastic!!! I would highly recommend YB Cleaning Services to anyone looking to get their place cleaned. We are very pleased.

Overall well! We needed a deep-clean before having pix taken of our house for listing. They were thorough and courteous.

Mari amd Angie did an outstanding job! I’ve got three shedding dogs and the moved couches, lifted cushions and removed it all. Base board, Mark’s on the walls were thoroughly cleaned. They vacuumed everything really did a fantastic job including my kitchen cabinets oven stove range hood etc. I would highly recommend them. Additionally the price was really spot on. I will definitely be hiring them again.

You will be provided with the date and time by my Landlord, as soon as I’m done making payments to you for the cleaning. My Landlord will be taking you to the Apartment in person immediately i contact him that i have finally paid for the cleaning service. I have never had a clean service because I don't like asking for help, but I have some physical problems so I needed the help. I got in touch with YB Cleaning Services and when they came out they had two people doing the job. They were friendly, professional and asked what I needed done, they got to work and my house has not looked this good in a long time. My kitchen looks fantastic, the places on the floor where I couldn't get to were spotless and the stove top hasn't looked this good in years. My carpets, floors and bathroom are fantastic. They did such a fantastic job that I am going to have them come in biweekly. If you are looking for a cleaning service I would highly recommend YB Cleaning Services.

Perfect. Just Perfect. It was our first major deep cleaning in our new house and after 7 months of quarantine we were so happy to have the folks from YB knock it out of the park for us. Jose and Esme were professional, safe and unbelievably efficient. We took advantage of the wonderful promo and added another hour (pretty big house) and they made things sparkle. Because of them and YB we are going to do this regularly and recommend the peace of mind that they provide with the two of us working full time from our home office. 5 stars, 10/10 A+ for YB, Jose, Esme, and Jessie for making this a flawless experience. Already looking forward to next time.

Extremely well. The couple that came were prompt, efficient and did a great job.

And wow, they did such an amazing job! It took a long time (2500 square foot house with vaulted ceilings THAT THEY CLEANED), but it was worth every minute and every penny.

I used this service twice, and the 2nd time they did not do some of the tasks on my list, and they damaged the insert of my slow cooker, which was fairly new and expensive. When I contacted the company they refused to take responsibility for the damage.

It's been going very well. They are very accommodating and are very detailed. They do very good work. Also given how picky I am, they are also very open to feedback and responsive to any questions that I have. They are always willing to come out again to address any concerns that I may have. I will definitely continue to use them.

Bi-monthly cleaning, two ladies whole home cleaning within two hours. They do a very good job. I will recommend and continue to use them.

I started using this service once a month about a year ago. The first crew they sent me had a member that was habitually rude and ultimately was responsible for the theft of a bike. I couldn't directly prove it so after I brought it up to the company, they sent a new cleaning crew without any prior notice that knew nothing about the layout of my place nor our needs. The new crew broke a lamp and put a dent in our high end refrigerator which prompted me to stop using them. The problems don't end there. The office staff was habitually rude to me. I had asked that they send me a reminder on the week they were going to arrive. They often forgot to do this, but at one point, out of spite after I complained, I received a reminder at 4am in the morning. Also I had continuously specified to them that the crew needed to arrive after three yet the crew would continuously show up earlier and the office staff would continue to send them at earlier times. When I finally tried to get the owner on the line I was given the runaround and I don't think I ever got to actually speak to her. The actual cleaning was okay, but felt rushed and somewhat sloppy. I would not use this service if you want to get your place cleaned without frustration, without the fear of theft or damage of your property, and just an overall feeling of confidence in the service you pay for. If you are considering this service, I would move on!!!

Team of two women arrived early and were working together well the whole time. I noticed they divided tasks and rooms to cover as much as possible. I felt comfortable working from home with them here. I did not need to supervise and I was not interrupted. Company followed up the following day as well to review performance.

They showed up on time with a team of 3. I pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on and they went to work. Overall they did a great job.

The workers were limited by their supervisors to 3 hours to finish their work. They left without cleaning the first floor half bath.

The job went very well. They just forgot to clean some of our shutters.
