I have never had a clean service because I don't like asking for help, but I have some physical problems so I needed the help. I got in touch with YB Cleaning Services and when they came out they had two people doing the job. They were friendly, professional and asked what I needed done, they got to work and my house has not looked this good in a long time. My kitchen looks fantastic, the places on the floor where I couldn't get to were spotless and the stove top hasn't looked this good in years. My carpets, floors and bathroom are fantastic. They did such a fantastic job that I am going to have them come in biweekly. If you are looking for a cleaning service I would highly recommend YB Cleaning Services.

Perfect. Just Perfect. It was our first major deep cleaning in our new house and after 7 months of quarantine we were so happy to have the folks from YB knock it out of the park for us. Jose and Esme were professional, safe and unbelievably efficient. We took advantage of the wonderful promo and added another hour (pretty big house) and they made things sparkle. Because of them and YB we are going to do this regularly and recommend the peace of mind that they provide with the two of us working full time from our home office. 5 stars, 10/10 A+ for YB, Jose, Esme, and Jessie for making this a flawless experience. Already looking forward to next time.

Extremely well. The couple that came were prompt, efficient and did a great job.

And wow, they did such an amazing job! It took a long time (2500 square foot house with vaulted ceilings THAT THEY CLEANED), but it was worth every minute and every penny.

I used this service twice, and the 2nd time they did not do some of the tasks on my list, and they damaged the insert of my slow cooker, which was fairly new and expensive. When I contacted the company they refused to take responsibility for the damage.

It's been going very well. They are very accommodating and are very detailed. They do very good work. Also given how picky I am, they are also very open to feedback and responsive to any questions that I have. They are always willing to come out again to address any concerns that I may have. I will definitely continue to use them.

Bi-monthly cleaning, two ladies whole home cleaning within two hours. They do a very good job. I will recommend and continue to use them.

I started using this service once a month about a year ago. The first crew they sent me had a member that was habitually rude and ultimately was responsible for the theft of a bike. I couldn't directly prove it so after I brought it up to the company, they sent a new cleaning crew without any prior notice that knew nothing about the layout of my place nor our needs. The new crew broke a lamp and put a dent in our high end refrigerator which prompted me to stop using them. The problems don't end there. The office staff was habitually rude to me. I had asked that they send me a reminder on the week they were going to arrive. They often forgot to do this, but at one point, out of spite after I complained, I received a reminder at 4am in the morning. Also I had continuously specified to them that the crew needed to arrive after three yet the crew would continuously show up earlier and the office staff would continue to send them at earlier times. When I finally tried to get the owner on the line I was given the runaround and I don't think I ever got to actually speak to her. The actual cleaning was okay, but felt rushed and somewhat sloppy. I would not use this service if you want to get your place cleaned without frustration, without the fear of theft or damage of your property, and just an overall feeling of confidence in the service you pay for. If you are considering this service, I would move on!!!

Team of two women arrived early and were working together well the whole time. I noticed they divided tasks and rooms to cover as much as possible. I felt comfortable working from home with them here. I did not need to supervise and I was not interrupted. Company followed up the following day as well to review performance.

They showed up on time with a team of 3. I pointed out the areas I wanted them to focus on and they went to work. Overall they did a great job.

The job went very well. They just forgot to clean some of our shutters.

The workers were limited by their supervisors to 3 hours to finish their work. They left without cleaning the first floor half bath.

They came on time. Not a happy couple. On spoke English and that was good. The one who did not speak English cleaned the three bathrooms alone....she never changed the water in her bucket from one area to another. I tried to explain to no avail. The woman who spoke English stayed unhappily in the kitchen. She used an SOS pad to clean the knobs on my cooktop....and wiped off all evidence of the temperature settings. Did not tell me. I did not realize until later that day. Called and complained....went through numerous e-mails with no bottom line. Nothing was offered and certainly no replacement for the knobs. Try cooking with no temp settings!! A supervisor was sent out (came very late and complained on traffic, which I understand). She said that the woman who cleaned the kitchen only dusted when she went out to jobs, which explained her unhappiness and being asked to clean the kitchen that was the reason for me hiring them. The Supervisor took pictures (I e-mailed pictures to them) . That was the end my more e-mails, phone calls and certainly no replacements for the knobs. Nothing offered at all.

Cleaners were late and had no vacuum.

Not as well as expected. Only 2 women, one of which seemed to be a trainee. Refridge and oven never got cleaned nor any of the upstairs( which was ok with me as long as down was done). This was the first time I've used a service for a "deep" cleaning. Not what I expected but ok for the $. BUT, I did get a call from them saying I owed $22 and change because they were there 15 minutes longer. I watched the one gal go over the dining room tile floor several times but never cleaned off the intake vent. You wanted a review, you got it. Good but not great.

They were fine, I just used them that one time. Sure, I would use them again.

It went well. Overall, they did a really nice job. I have a couple of suggestions to make things smoother for the future: 1) it would have been helpful to have listed how much time the Angie's list deal included. It was worded in a way that seemed like it was for the job rather than for two hours. 2) I would ask that the cleaners please not unplug things when they clean. They did such a great job, but I had to do things like move my piano to plug my lamps back in after they left. They also disconnected all of the internet hdmi cables in my house, so I had to figure out how to reattach my internet and cable cords and move more furniture to do so. Not a huge deal, but I was recovering from a recent surgery and that made it tougher for me.
