Description of Work: I've had ongoing cleaning from YB for a year now, they come every other week, for just over an hour (all I can afford). The ladies that come are lovely, very nice, friendly, and VERY hard working. The most important issue for me was that at least one person came every time, I didn't want a constant parade of different people through my home on an ongoing basis. This is so I feel safer, but also so specific instructions don't have to be repeated, and to avoid damage (we have laminate floors which can not be mopped with water or the seams swell, ruining the floor). I've seen the same ladies now for the better part of a year, so no complaints there. Overall, I give the actual cleaning crew 5 stars across the board. I have a 1200 sq ft home, and they only have an hour and 15 to clean. I have them focus on the 2 bathrooms and the kitchen, but they still manage to get to the rest of the house, alternating rooms every time they come. They really work efficiently. It's the management I don't think very highly of. I have never cancelled or rescheduled in the year that I've used the company. One day that they were coming, my son woke up with the stomach flu, only a few hours before the ladies were set to arrive. I quickly called YB and informed them, telling them it was okay if they wanted to skip my house that day and resume cleaning on the next scheduled day. My thoughts were with their crew; I didn't want the ladies cleaning where my son's nasty germs were, when he was very actively sick. The manager I spoke to flatly told me that if I cancelled, she was charging me full price anyway, because of the late notice. I thought "what a b!tch". I didn't want to cancel (as I said, I never have. I have 3 small boys, so I look forward to cleaning day!!), but I did not feel it right to expose the women to such a violent stomach bug! The manager didn't thank me for my concern or anything. After I got off the phone with her, I just kind of stood there, shocked. I called in, trying to do the right thing and be considerate of others, and instead I kinda got scolded. No good deed goes unpunished, right?! I ended up having them come so I didn't get charged full price for no cleaning, but I disinfected the one bathroom well before the ladies arrived. The YB management obviously has zero heart for their crew, and that really left me with a bad taste in my mouth about the company. I am a manager and we put our crew first, far above $$$. I've kept YB on because the cleaning ladies deserve to be employed, and I'm glad to have them, but the management lost my vote with that move.
