I was a bit skeptical based on reading some of the reviews here, but I went ahead and purchased the big deal anyway! The company and I discussed my requirements and set a date. I had to change the time/date and then the day of service I received an email in the morning that their crew was running behind and needed to come by about 2 hours later than planned. I called the office and explained to them that my wife and I had a hard stop and could not accommodate their timing. The Customer Service Rep was amazing, she said she completely understood and she was going to work to fix the problem and would call me back. She called me back a bit later and said they were brining in a different crew to ensure they got to my house! The crew was scheduled to arrive at 1:45 and showed up at 1:30 so they were 15 minutes early! We explained to them that the focus for the amount pre-paid was floors and dusting and potentially the baseboards in the entire house. The crew was friendly accomplished EVERYTHING we asked them too and my wife and I are both impressed with how they did. I can tell you that impressing my wife with cleaning is a tough task, so job well done!!! As with any service like this, it will depend on the crew that is sent to your house. I can honestly say that I wouldn't hesitate to use these guys again!!! Thanks for the great work on my house today!

It was ok. YB Cleaning Services changed the time of their arrival which was fine. However, they were late. My husband thought our home looked shiny. For $99 I was very happy. I removed all items from the counters, coffee tables, vanities, etc. They had nothing to move and they did do a good job within 2 hours. I contacted them to get a rate for monthly service. I was quoted a price of $130.00 for 2 people for one and one-half hours of service. Considering it cost $99 for 2 hours, I will not pay $130 for less time.

Very fast contact from the office. The supervisor was very pleasant and professional. They were very flexible in scheduling my housecleaning job. The workers that showed up went to work quickly and got the job done. There were a few items that weren't completed but they were only scheduled for a specific amount of time.

When I scheduled the cleaning, I let the operator know that I could not schedule an 8am start time because I would be bringing kids to school at that time. 8:30 would be my earliest start time. The operator said that makes scheduling a little difficult, but that she would allow it. YB sent 3 people to work for 1 hour & 20 min for a total of 4hours. They arrived early just as I was leaving to take my kids to school. I told them I would need them to wait until 8:30 so they waited patiently with no complaint until I returned. They efficiently split up the work I had requested (as described above) and went right to work. They wasted no time in conversation with each other, but worked quickly in the 1 hour 20 min. available. They finished the floors and bathrooms, but had no extra time for the window runners. That was fine with me because that was additional work if they had time. I had worked along side them cleaning other things in the house so I knew they had done their best in the allotted time. They left promptly after 1 hour 20 min had passed. They did a nice job surface cleaning, which was all that I requested. I don't know how they would do with a more thorough cleaning as I had not paid for that.

nice ladies, my place is small (670 sg. ft.) so they did everything, cleaned all surfaces. The bathroom was the worst, its all nice now, Im pleased.

The cleaning itself was perfunctory at best. I had to go back through and dust cobwebs and more on walls and ceilings. Had to re-wipe many surfaces. They changed my time by one hour -- earlier -- for which I got an email notice 45 minutes after they showed. Maybe because this was a coupon special they felt they didn't need to do a thorough job. I have a very small house, 2 bedrooms and a den. I didn't have them clean the den. I never received the price quote for continuous work I asked, on the phone, to the person in charge back at the office. Two notes; upon leaving they left their half-finished coffee cups in the street in front of my house, and second, they should not assume that just because the person they are working for does not look like them, does not mean they do not understand the language they speak.

We used them for over a year and they were good cleaners, but they started to have attitudes within the last 3 months. There was talking back and overall disrespect from the cleaners. The office staff was friendly though.

If they don't want new customers, they shouldn't be listed here!

I've used YB Cleaning for over a year. I think they do an okay job, but I'm really picky. On the 1st or 2nd visit they used bleach in the shower and ruined my purple bath mat. Another time they broke some small thing and another time they scratched my brand new EXPENSIVE stove just a little bit on the control panel. Each time they were pretty good at responding, but instead of just crediting something on one of my cleaning bills, they asked me to get a replacement bath mat for example and give them the receipt then they would reimburse me. I don't know about anyone else, but that's just too much trouble for me, so I let it go. One thing that really annoys me is not showing up on time. They were spot on at first, then it started to be 30 minutes and sometimes up to 2 hours late. The solution we came up with was to set a 2 hour time frame that would give them more wiggle room and quell my expectations. Despite this they continued to run late fairly often. I had an amazing cleaning company for a few years and stopped using them because they would flat out not show up, no call, nothing. I so loved how well they cleaned that I went back to them recently and here I am sitting at home it's 6:00pm and they were supposed to be here by noon! Why is it so difficult to find an awesome cleaning service that is also punctual? I may go back to YB, but honestly I don't know yet, they were good, but not consistent enough for me.

The team of three did a great job! The house was spotless. I'd definitely use them again and will am going to inquire on getting regular cleanings. One thing that hasn't happened: I paid by credit card and was told that I'd get a receipt, which I haven't yet received so I'm not quite sure how much I spent.

Excellent service. The company is responsive and professional, and the crew was punctual, pleasant, diligent and thorough. Highly recommended.

They arrived a little ahead of time, which was great. I gave them instructions about what I wanted done, and they did it. I was present the whole time, in a separate studio building. When they were finished, I took a walk-through with the crew leader. I was very satisfied with the work that they did, and I gave the crew a tip. The work took a little longer than I thought it might, and thus it cost a little more than I anticipated, but the quality was definitely there, as was the willingness to work.

The first time they did an OK job, but not one that would warrant spending $165 for regular service on a small space.

They responded very quickly to my initial inquiry and we scheduled an appointment. For the most part, they were very professional. The crew missed a few things in their cleaning but did the job when I asked them to take care of the things I noticed. I was disappointed to find late that night that they had made my bed the wrong way around and I had to redo it at 11 pm because it was impossible to get in the bed the way it was made up. It was a waterbed, so it was not a typical bed, but I explained to them what they needed to do and they should have come to me if they had any questions. Nonetheless, I was willing to use them again, I asked the office to provide me with a quote for regular service but it's been over a week and I haven't heard from them.

They have done a phenomenal job and like the group that they send out. There was an error this time. They charged me twice for the same day's work. I was just speaking to the owner of the company to resolve this issue. That's the only issue and everything else was good.

It was supposed to be very thorough like a spring cleaning type of thing. I asked them to clean everything but the ceilings. My wife was very unhappy with the job that they did. We picked them because they were highly rated on Angie's List. They had a team of 3 or 4 people. My wife made a list and showed them various things that she wanted done before she left. They did a rather sloppy and careless job unfortunately. They were responsive initially. They were going to come back out here with the supervisor and they didn't ever make arrangements to do that as promised. They were a little late. They were here within a half an hour of when they said they would be. I am not sure about their professionalism because I wasn't here when they were here. My wife dealt with them.

Setting the appt was a breeze; the person who helped me was cordial and professional. The cleaners showed up 30 minutes ahead of time without calling. Luckily, my husband was still at the house with the cable guy; otherwise, no one would have been there to let the cleaners in because I wasn't planning to be there until the schedule time. Worked out fine, so I'm ok with that. The house had been sitting empty for a while but all appliances, cabinets, walls, ceilings, light fixtures, bathrooms were brand new so nothing was used or 'dirty'. I could have cleaned the house on my own but I was TIRED and needed the help dusting, wiping and sterilizing to get the place ready for move in the next day. I wanted all blinds, window sills, light fixtures, bathtub, shower stall, sinks to be dustless/ cobweb free. As with any empty house, there were some dead insects laying around as well, which further motivated me to get help. 3 people took charge of the cleaning and though they stayed for 2 hours as is required for a first cleaning, I think they could have done everything they did in 1-1.5 hours. The house was dust free and clean...but not immaculate. If they had done what they ended up doing in 1-1.5 hours (totally possible for 3 people to do in an empty and NEW 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 sq ft house) and then spent the 2nd hour really focusing on getting the house SPARKLY or asking me what I wanted in addition to what they did, that would have made me an extremely happy customer. And probably would have made me consider a bi-monthly contract. In the end, they did what they were supposed to do so I can't fault them, but I would have been much more satisfied paying for just 1-1.5 hours or getting a lot more out of that 2nd hour. If I were ever in a bind and needed to schedule a cleaning with short notice, I would use this company again.

The company did an initial cleaning for what seemed like a high price. This also served as an inspection, which allowed a negotiation over price. Several options were included, every 2 weeks vs. every month, clean guest bedroom or not, etc. Ultimately, you pay for a certain amount of time for a crew -- and if they get the job done in that time, great, if not . . . well, not to worry, because they are quite professional. They arrive on time and get straight to work, and work very efficiently. We currently have 3 people working 1:45 every month, although we may switch to two weeks. 3 people can do quite a lot in 1:45! It is more expensive than some services, in large part because you are paying for a central office that handles pricing, billing, schedule, key management, etc. But this was an improvement over our previous, less expensive housecleaners, since poor English and no central management made it very hard to communicate issues of price, schedule, etc. YB says they will come back and fix any spots they missed; haven't had to request this yet. We will continue using them.

I called very last minute, the crew they sent went way beyond the call of duty. Very nice.

YB Services has cleaned my house several times. They do a great job. They are fast, thorough, and efficient. The price is reasonable and competitive.

I had been having bad luck with cleaning people and cleaning crews for at least a year. YB had a good rating on Angie's List so I decided to try them. The first cleaning was a big "spring cleaning" and since I hadn't had my house professionally cleaned in a while it cost me a small fortune ($500+) BUT they were here ALL day and didn't stop until every single nook, cranny, corner, ceiling fan, etc was clean. It was so good that I talked to them about weekly service. They send 3 people and stay approximately 2 - 2.5 hours, so its a "divide and conquer" kind of thing which works beautifully. They are in line for what I was paying to have my house cleaned and they are very accomodating. Since I don't work over the summer, I asked if July and August they could come once every 2 weeks and they happily adjusted my cleaning schedule. Overall its been a great experience and I would recommend YB to anyone who needs a professional and thorough cleaning performed.
